About Me
Hi,
I'm Urban Explorer AKA Nick,
I got into exploring as of last year (2010), Have explored several locations ranging from amusement parks to hospitals, warehousing, and heavy industrial zones and much more. This is my new-found hobby with the addition of draining. I plan to travel to neighboring states in the near future for more exploring locations.
I used a compact Point n Shoot Kodak all year in 2010, loved it, but decided to upgrade this year to a DSLR, now I sport a Nikon D70 with 18-55mm lense which is my main, with a AF-S DX VR Zoom-Nikkor 55-200mm f/4-5.6G IF-ED lense which is my landscape lense. This is now my primary camera.

Glad to hear most of the electronics are still in working order - it's amazing how much abuse they can take.

When I attended Job Corps in Illinois, there was a house that was on their property that was "abandandoned" by the center, little did I realize the house was contaminated with abestos, but at the time I had no idea what it was but did not experience any illness effects of it - I was told by the safety officer of the site about it, I was in the house for about 2 hours exploring it.
I don't think of asbestos as that serious, but it varies from one place to the next.
