I don't recall any signs, but I'm sure there are because one of the buildings are fenced off. It is a state park with dog walkers and park rangers. I usually go in the off seasons.
That's all I should say on here. Any other questions, feel free to PM me!

I go by there all the time. I'll stop by and get pictures when I can.

thanks for your response, bane. and i can guarantee you, i'm not one of those fuck-wits. lol. i can't wait to explore the east coast. there are NO abandoned buildings near us. except for a really old hospital which i can't get into anymore because they added more security. haha. but yea, i especially wanna see belchertown state school..looks pretty awesome. anyway, thanks again!
No worries Sarah! Enjoy your stay out here, and if you find anything out here (or anywhere else), don't be shy, post the pics, we'd love to see 'em! :)

I've lived in the North Shore all my life, and I can honestly say that all the good places have been demolished/renovated (Danvers, Met State, Taunton and all the factories near me). As soon as I hear of something,(which isn't often) I hit it asap because developers are buying then up while land is cheap and hoping to recover their investments when the economy picks up. And also, this is an open forum. I'm not gonna post rumors of places I want to explore here and have some fuck-wit light it up or do something to tighten security, especially when places around here are harder to find. I HATE sounding like one of those elitists UE-snobs, but you need to earn your way into the family before we give out locations or ways in. You don't need to painfully go through loops (ie have your pics judged for "coolness" or be chaperoned on explorations, ect....) like other UE-sites. You just need to be part of conversations in forums. Everyone here is really cool. Everyone is VERY approachable nor do they have any attitudes. Please understand that we are a bit standoffish when an unfamiliar face asks for locations. We LOVE our abandonment's and want to protect them, just as I assume you do too. But with all that said, and I think I can speak for everyone here: we all welcome you, and we all look forward to your contributions to this site! Hope to hear from you soon!
