I hate to bring up an old post... but rubber bands? Centipedes and cockroaches in your pants?!?! ...I think you just ended my urban exploration career haha. I've only gone to one place but I dressed appropriately for the weather and just carried with me a small flashlight, pocket knife, my cellphone, and my camera.
