Nice shots, though i think this house was begging to be put out of it's misery, by the yellow monsters.

as i said in my post, they started demolition before i got there to shoot i, as far as i knew, it only needed the roof reshingled and something fixed with the sewer line, my cousin used to live in the upstairs apartment

Must be nice to not have to worry about whether your house is demoed or not.
Now you can tear a building down, but you can't erase a memory
These houses may look all run down, but they have a value you can't see

He was part of a land company, and i agree, i picked up on an "oh well" vibe from his response, but it also goes to show how hell bent the city is to tear stuff down

I think it's a shame they brought it down. It looked to be in pretty good condition even after they started the demo, so I can only imagine it was even better before. Would have been nice to look through and it was probably even 95% livable!

That conversation was very confusing to read for me lol. Cool house, it's a shame it was taken down. It's weird seeing a house in the middle of a full street being taken down. There was actually one in pretty sorry condition across the street when I moved into my house, someone bought it and completely redid it though and they rent it now.

Great set AF! Easy come,,,,easy go I guess for that house!
