Ok first of all, the wooden cabinets are awesome in the kitchen... then there looks like cedar in other parts... the floors could easily be redone to bring out their beauty.

Goobers.... that is one spectacular find. That would be a beauty to restore.

Thanks Obsidien! I fell in love this place and didn't wanna leave! It had a for sale sign on it so I tried to find out how much it was. CD ended up finding the listing and it was too rich for my blood! DAMN! lol

This house is sooooo very cool. Did you ever find out why it was left and abandoned? The old oven, the knotty pine and corner hutch WOW! even a guest house.... Which isnt that disgusting at all. I could show you disgusting and this isnt it lol. Very Awesome find.

Yeah the place is amazing Anomaly! Not sure why it has been empty for so long but it IS for sale! lol

Its most likely a mother in law house. There was probably a 3rd smaller house that was for the caretakers. My landlords live in the main house & we have the mother in law house ( which is actually a really nice old house)
Im aware of the high & the low. I'll be waiting in the middle, but i just lack control
