Was driving out to see a friend and passed this location the other day, went back today for a closer look. There's two buildings still standing, one with 3 sides still standing, and what looks like 2 others that have completely collapsed. They're just one room buildings, look more like tool sheds than anything else, but one had remnants of furniture so I'm not sure. I also found a sign that said 'Ven Lakes' which I can't really figure out since there's no lakes anywhere near the place. They're not incredibly excited compared to most of the amazing locations shown here... but hey! I got out of the house today! It's an accomplishment!

The interior photographs are from the white shack, the other one was really dark inside and had graffitied penises all over the place lol, much less photogenic :P looked kinda similar in the inside though.

I wonder what the ven lakes means. Person's name?
Now you can tear a building down, but you can't erase a memory
These houses may look all run down, but they have a value you can't see

To me it looks like the board was cut, perhaps the name of the place, Seven Lakes comes to mind for me

Could be you're right - I didn't notice that the board looked cut.

Good catch abandoned! I did a little google search and it turns out Chain O'Lakes state park, which is about half an hour north, has seven lakes. Perhaps it's related to that.
