all but 2/3 of the original kirkbride building has been demolished in 2006. That remaining portion has been renovated into condos by the Avalon Corporation

Actually there was a lot of going's on about that place and the demolition. Sad that alot of it was destroyed and they really didn't keep much of the old former. On top of that the condos, there were problems and complaints. There use to be alot of artices out there on complaints people had over the condos and such.
