Well after many many months of fussing with this old External HD, it gave up the ghost. It wouldn't even spin up, or anything. I should of uploaded them online a long time ago, but didn't consider it because my old HD was still working. I don't remember why I never posted any online, I guess I was afraid of someone stealing my images for their own... I've got a few places that I do plan to revisit, so I can take more pictures again.

This is a total bummer for me, came here to share my stuff and now I can't :( I'll stick around, because I love this hobby!
I'm the place you left and forgot, so here I now sit and rot.

That blows dude. I got a back-up Ex in case my upright hits the shitter. Cheap too, like $80.
I'm gonna get what's comin' to me one day...
These days my life is empty,
Hard times for the son-of-a-bitch!

A couple of words to the wise - image hosting.

Another word to the wise - Dropbox.

That is all.

You could also send it in to try for data recovery. :)

I checked into that, and because it won't even spin up or make a sound means its toast.. :/

I used too have a VDS, but that didn't last long. I may end up adding a 2nd to my computer sooner or later.

I should have backed them up, but I didn't think about it at the time.

yeah, that sucks, just about lost my Toshiba with my entire collection a month ago, thankfully it was a shorted wire and got a replacement at Walmart, I have had it for about 3 years with no issues.
