Now you can tear a building down, but you can't erase a memory
These houses may look all run down, but they have a value you can't see

Well here is the plan for it:

Quote
Bush Stadium will be morphed into 136 loft apartments called "Stadium Lofts". Four buildings along the west side of the stadium will house 132 more units, while centerfield will be filled with 118,000 square feet of retail and office space. A paved courtyard will resemble a grass baseball diamond.
Apartments will range in size from 600 to 1,000 square feet. Rent amounts have not been announced, other than to indicate they will be market rates instead of being government subsidized properties.

Seems like a lot of wasted space there in the middle.

Gee, a stadium full of scrapped cars, I'd say an easy way convert would be make it a u-pull-it junkyard, No effort required. Just man the entrance and reconnect the urinals. That might be the first I have ever seen scrappers take the time to disconnect the fittings.

Apartments? Really? I heard they were turning the place into a big flea market O.O
Apartments would be way cooler though!

When I went there last summer, the cash for clunker people weren't there. I know they were only using the feild for the clunker thing. But we did run into some other people in the lobby area, skateboarders. There were like 10 of them, they snuck in there the same way I did haha. But they were friendly. They said they just use the place to skate, even built their own ramp in there.
