^haha, that blows. I'm glad we don't have to do that at the store I work at... though I wouldn't be the one doing it anyway so I guess it doesn't really matter
I didn't know walgreens brand icecream came form a farm lol. Isn't that what you sell?

LOL all Ice Cream comes from a farm, it's a dairy product, it's just processed in a factory into Ice Cream, the farmers who milked the cows gotta get paid too
(they're one of the few who deserve every penny they get)

but I don't understand... because most food originated from a farm... do you not get a discount on bread either because the wheat came from a farm? I just don't understand why the line is drawn at ice cream.

I just don't understand why the line is drawn at ice cream.Dairy farms are a bit different than a grain farm, as the dairy farms, you have to do the tasks every day(often times multiple times), as opposed to planting seeds, waiting for a few months, then harvesting

Did you know, that the nation's dairy prices used to be set here in Green Bay, based on the price of cheese?
Was like this until 1993 when the farmers protested and drove their tractors down city streets, the National Cheese Exchange then moved to a larger city where it is more difficult to drive a tractor into.
