If you haven't been apartment hunting, you should consider it.
There are extra dangers to be aware of, such as HOSTILE tenants who refuse to pay rent and take shits in the corner, stray dogs who could have wandered in or even dogs living with the "homeless", I can go on and on, but I think you get the message..
I have found some VERY interesting and some VERY strange stuff in these shitholes though! Not to mention they make for cool hangouts to drink and take video!

It's sad about the buildings. And the people who might live there.

There is a story my friends tell about an adventure they had in an abandonment. All the tenants were gone. They sold the building, evicted everyone they could. While explore they come up to an empty hallway but see a light, and hear noise behind the door at the end of it. They knock and a guy answers. He was just chill'n watching tv in his apt. He invited them in. They went in, talked for a bit and then just left. So apparently so people just stay, or don't get the message. lol
