Nope, you got my vote.
Now you can tear a building down, but you can't erase a memory
These houses may look all run down, but they have a value you can't see

He thrusts his fisted camera high
As he yells out his battle cry
His voice is strong and true
"REMEMBER THE GRANDVIEW!!!!"

THat is such a shame, what the fuck is wrong with people? They don't build places with the personality of these old places anymore, am I the only one that thinks it makes more sense to renovate an old building than to knock it down?

Sometimes it makes more sense to renovate, sometimes it doesn't.

In the case of this theater, it would cost tens of thousands to bring the electrical up to code. Also, theaters are limited in their uses and to reuse one isn't always feasible.

The reason they demolished this theater was that the land was worth more without it.
How do I live without the ones I love? / Time still turns the pages of the book it's burned / Place and time always on my mind / I have so much to say but you're so far away

These days I see that land is almost always worth more without whatever building lives there.

If only these walls did in fact have teeth. They'd eat people alive.
