This has been YEARS ago(1981,82?) and I probably won't get an answer, but here goes:
I was having lunch with my father at a McDonald's in Raleigh,NC.We took a walk into the woods next to it, and stumbled upon an abandoned gas station(probably empty before WW2).I can pretty much trace my love of old buildings back to that moment, and am very curious to find out if someone else had stumbled across it during the years,or remembers it.

We're happy to help you try to find it, but we need a little more detail.
Now you can tear a building down, but you can't erase a memory
These houses may look all run down, but they have a value you can't see

It was off a major highway, within walking distance of either an auto repair shop or oil change place(remember we were waiting around for the car).Thinking it's Capital Blvd.Probably long gone, but you never know.
