This is a group of three very large buildings that were connected more or less together to form a maze of complex. It looks like it used to have been the workshop and base for the Housing authority's operations and where repairs and such were made on properties for the HA. The place was broken off into different departments for different areas of maintenance. I asked m exploring partner but he knew about the same amount as I did, so I will hafta see if I can find out more about it, but it was an awesome site, and I actually was able to control the vertigo enough to explore the roof as well. It appears that this place was abandoned in the October of 1991

As he yells out his battle cry

Awesome!
Now you can tear a building down, but you can't erase a memory
These houses may look all run down, but they have a value you can't see
