Patrolled: on the same street with a couple 5 million dollar homes. Watch for the neighbors right across the street.
Personally Visited: yes

Still trying to the find out how to get into the basement.

If this is where I think it is, my dad works really close (less than 2 miles) to here. I'm kinda surprised that there is anything abandoned in Farmington Hills.

Do I spy cardboard over the windows in photo #2? Ahahaha...

From the looks of the 4th photo, looks to me like you made it to the basement.

It does look like a basement. But its a huge polebarn attached to the back of the house house. 12 and halsted ish
