I just got tired of IE deciding what I was allowed to look at and having to close a warning for every page I opened. I bought an iMac a couple years ago and I can honestly say I do not miss all the Windows headaches. But if you're a die hard PC fan then I'd recommend Eset NOD32 anti-virus. It takes up minimal HD space and doesn't bog down your PC when it's running in the background and did a better job than any of the other anti-virus programs I tried.
