Hello
I'm an explorer from the Detroit area.
I have been exploring old structures (off and on) since about 1981. I?ve gone into a dozen or more houses and store fronts (some of which were heavily fire/water damaged) plus I?ve also the following types of structures/areas:
A deli/restaurant by Madison Theatre (since torn down)
Amtrack Train Station
School
Funeral home
Hospital
Houses
Department store
Factory
Theatre
Church
A burning/smoldering house that was in that condition while we explored it (in 1987 with a few friends)
Store front
Club
Car dealership
Graveyard
Office building
Dry Cleaners
Playground
High rise office building
A building that was partially torn down

These structures were all in various states of disrepair/vandalism and more than one had been damaged by fire. I?ll gladly go into details about these explorations if you wish. Also, I have photos to share from some of these encounters if you are interested.
