I have always been the adventurer in the family, so I always ended up on the un-beaten path to look for new things to do! Ghost towns were always were a fascination for me, and I loved exploring them at my leisure. All my photos are non-digital, so I have to scan them and enhance them! This site is a real cool place to venture in, and see what others have found as well!

Have not been exploring for a number of years now, as I have a bum knee from an accident awhile back! My pictures are all 4x6 pictures, which are in photo albums. I have to scan them, resize them, and then post them. I'm a couple of hrs from Thunder Bay, have moved into a new town, used to live in Kenora!

When you pm'd me I was posting something, and it doubled up the post! Added pics I took at a ghost mining town called Gold Rock, which I took over 15 years ago. My scanner/printer/copier scans very quickly, and the pics look very good for a scanned print.
