You're there, Patricia.
Now you can tear a building down, but you can't erase a memory
These houses may look all run down, but they have a value you can't see

Welcome aboard Patricia
He thrusts his fisted camera high
As he yells out his battle cry
His voice is strong and true
"REMEMBER THE GRANDVIEW!!!!"

To find what you seek in the road of life, the best proverb of all is that which says:
"Leave no stone unturned."

It's the Creepy Old Guy, Radical Ed here, hailing from the City of Brothery Mayhem, Filthadelphia!
I'm up in N.E. Philly but I'll do anything within three-hours drive. That includes S.E. PA, S.E. NY, all of NJ, N.E. Maryland and Northern DE. Once in a while I'll drop a pic from vacation, which is usually a straight-shoot down the Atlantic coast to the Outer Banks of North Carolina.

I'm gonna get what's comin' to me one day...
These days my life is empty,
Hard times for the son-of-a-bitch!
